De Pere Fire Rescue responds to approximately 2,500 requests for service per year out of two strategically located stations. The purpose of the POP Firefighter program is to help augment the full-time firefighter staffing of De Pere Fire Rescue. Typical Work Schedule: Shift will be 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Monday through Friday. Must work at least one (1) shift per month. Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.75 per hour depending on certification and licensure. Eligible for Paid On Call duty at $50.00 per month. Opportunities to respond to emergencies when not scheduled. Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment. Our PCTs care for multiple patients. Technician Duties. To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles. Building long-term relationships with your patients who are suffering from end stage renal disease and are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week. You will also be responsible for educating patients on Kidney Dialysis related topics. Team. Cross functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership. PCTs work under the supervision of a RN.
