Position Highlights:
0.25 FTE (10 hours/week)
Clinical Psychologist: $48.08/hour
Master's-level independently licensed therapist: $57.69/hour
What You'll Do:
Respond to requests from primary care providers to address behavioral health needs of medical clinic patients to maintain a warm hand-off for most patient encounters.
Provide brief intervention for presenting problems and triage for ongoing treatment services as needed. Completes encounters and associated documentation, including coding and billing.
Present case studies and reports to funding sources or as requested by outside organizations.
Measure change and adjust treatment as needed, using appropriate screening tools.
Provide cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals, families, groups, or communities as assigned. Integrate cognitive behavioral interventions in multiple settings.
Enter documentation into the electronic medical record (EMR).
Respond to crisis situations, assess the urgency of patient's needs, provide care, and obtain appropriate services as needed.
Assist patients and their families in obtaining additional services and other resources as needed. Documents all referrals made to other resources.
As assigned, participate in various community meetings and serve as a liaison to numerous community agencies and organizations, including school districts, hospitals, law enforcement, Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) staff, and tribal authorities.
Present mental health/behavioral health findings and recommendations in verbal or written format to appropriate professionals either upon request or as part of a regular case presentation for peer review or clinical meetings.
Lead staff training sessions on new therapeutic techniques and practices. Provides training and education on clinical topics to team members, staff, and the community, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements.
Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions, or one year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families for specialty behavioral health settings.
Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. First Aid/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification obtained within 45 days of employment.
Master's Level Therapist Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Experience: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional. Washington State designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) may be substituted for this experience requirement. One year's full-time experience in the treatment of children under the supervision of a children's mental health specialist. Washington State designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist may be substituted for this experience requirement.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/First Aid certification (or obtained within 45 days of employment). One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):

The Service Account Manager interfaces with customers and employees across all departments and groups to fulfill the needs of our Support Agreement customers. The Digital Forensics Investigator I-II conducts primarily standard procedures and analysis in the collection, processing, preservation, and presentation of digital evidence to assist law enforcement in a variety of criminal and community caretaking investigations. REPORTS TO: Head Football Coach
JOB SUMMARY: To ensure student/athletes have a positive experience while teaching them the fundamental skills of
football, mental toughness, and teamwork.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with the supervision, education and direction of student participants in the football program.
Attend athletic staff meetings and workshops.
Participate in pre-season meetings.
Assist the Head Coach with inventory needs.
Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must qualify to work in the proximity of children under the conditions of a WSP/FBI background check.
Must have a current First Aid and CPR Certificate and be versed in related preventative health and training standards.
Must complete Blood Borne Pathogen and Sexual Harassment Training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous playing or coaching experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Meet and maintain coaching standards as determined by the District and the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association.
Ability to work in a positive, supportive manner with student participants, parents, coaches, school administration and staff.
Ability to communicate effectively with student participants, parents, coaches, school administration and staff.
Ability to work as a responsible member of a coaching staff in full cooperation with other coaches and the Athletic Director.

This is an opportunity to support fishery conservation efforts through efficient, accurate, and precise data collection.
Envision yourself in the field, throughout the Yakima River Basin assisting with mark-recapture population estimates and gathering fish for passive integrated transponder (PIT) tagging.
What to Expect-
Among the varied range of responsibilities held within this role, the Fishery Sampler will,
Conduct field data collection activities associated with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Viable Salmonid Population (VSP) contracted work under the Yakima Klickitat Fisheries Project (YKFP):
* Assist with mark recapture population estimates using backpack and drift boat electrofisher.
* Collect Rainbow trout, Chinook and Coho salmon with backpack electrofisher for PIT tagging in the Yakima Basin.
* Collect biological data - scan for PIT tag, length, weight, fin clip for genetic analysis and scales for aging.
* Identify all species in the Yakima Basin for assemblage data.
* Collect habitat measurements such as flow, stream widths and thalweg.
* Assist with Chinook fry sampling using backpack electro fisher for growth comparisons.
Gather data in rivers by snorkeling to identify, count and/or collect fish and row a raft to study sites along the Yakima River:
* Snorkel upstream along the bank and down center channel, identifying and counting all fish species seen.
* Snorkel on Spring Chinook redds identifying all fish scene and counting the number of precocious males on each redd.
* Collect habitat measurements such as flow, densitometer, transects, site pictures, and GPS coordinates.
Working Conditions:
Work Setting, including hazards:
* This position involves working in or near water, including tasks that require navigating, negotiating, and performing duties related to water environments in varying environmental conditions.
* Carry a 30 lb. pack and a bucket of water (up to 40 lb.) while hiking quickly over wet, slippery, uneven terrain and through streams where water temperatures are at times near freezing.
* The ability to be comfortable rowing rafts and snorkeling upstream and downstream in cold, flowing river conditions.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. The standard workday during the field season is 10 hours, however may work at night and/or weekends for portions of the field season.
Travel Requirements: May be requested to work out of town.
Tools and Equipment: Electrofishing units which includes a backpack and drift boat, and basic hand tools
Customer Interactions: Typically interacts with private landowners, peers, other federal, state, tribal, local, and private entities.

Option 1: Graduation from high school or GED, including one (1) year of high school science and two (2) years of experience as a Scientific Technician 1
Option 2: Graduation from high school or GED, including one (1) year of high school science and two (2) years of laboratory or field experience as an assistant to a biologist, chemist, or zoologist.
Please Note: College coursework involving major study in biology, zoology, fisheries, chemistry, natural sciences, or closely allied field will substitute, year for year, for experience, providing the course work includes at least six semester or nine quarter hours of natural science classes.

* WDFW Swift Water and snorkel training/certification, with completion within one (1) month of hire and renewal expected annually.

Background in fish science and a basic understanding of the Yakima River basin and its tributaries.

* In proper sampling and handling of ESA listed fish.

Responsibilities
Maintain order and enforce pool rules in water slides, swimming and sauna areas
Be alert and focused at all times when on duty at the pools or water slides
Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid
Clean the pool and sauna regularly of loose debris and vacuum on daily basis
Perform daily opening, closing or mid-shift checklists to ensure all aspects of the pool operations are being administered
Assist with general pool, facility and locker room cleanliness
May inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance and repair needed
Administer public health and safety policies according to facility standard operating procedures and emergency action plans
Ensure member and associate safety in all areas of the club through awareness and on-going safety training
Personally greet each club member as they enter facilities with a smile and their first or last name, depending on their preference
Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments
Attends weekly, monthly or quarterly team meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Current American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard Certification OR abilty obtain via company provided training
Current Certification in CPR & First Aid OR ability to obtain via company provided training
Previous Lifeguarding experince a plus
Strong organizational skills and oral and written communication skills
Energetic self-starter with strong work ethic
Proven ability to meet and work with the public
Ability to engage in social conversation with members and guests to promote positive relations

REPORTS TO: High School Principal
PURPOSE: Assist high school building principal in providing consistent support for students in behavior management and academic achievement and provide guidance and leadership for the development of a safe and positive school culture. Oversee the district CTE programs, assure compliance with state rules and regulations and seek out and build connections with the business community for the purpose of establishing meaningful and rigorous work-study opportunities for high school students.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dean of Students:
The Dean of Students is responsible for promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and enforcing policies to encourage positive student behavior and attendance.
* Collaborating with staff to provide academic, emotional, and social support to students.
* Leading initiatives that promote a positive school culture and climate.
* Leading district wide Safety and Security.
* Addressing disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
* Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student success.
* Coordinates and performs all activities related to supervision of the lunchroom, parking lots, student pick-up and drop-off areas, school events, and overall campus security.
* Evaluates continually the security and safety of district buildings to ensure the District is providing a safe and secure environment for staff and students.
* Works with first responders including police and fire departments to establish partnerships to address safety and emergency preparedness.
* Investigates, collaborates, and documents incidents that occur on or near the campus. Performs record keeping and basic clerical functions for the purpose of recording incidents, investigations, and interventions.
* Provides input to building leadership in formulating policy and procedure in the areas of campus security and safety.
* Serves as the secondary building safety contact after administration; coordinates safety of facility with other necessary or associated staff.
* Participates in various related District-level activities as required.
* Monitors and supervises various school events.
* Other related duties as needed and assigned.
CTE Director
The CTE Director oversees the development and implementation of career and technical education programs district wide. This role ensures that students gain practical skills aligned with industry standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and oversee robust, innovative, and engaging courses of study that align with both student interests and labor market needs.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state program requirements for CTE, including Perkins funding and reporting.
* Provide leadership and support for student leadership organizations, particularly FFA (Future Farmers of America), SkillsUSA, DECA, FBLA, FCLA and other career-focused programs.
* Collaborate with local businesses, industries, and postsecondary institutions to expand work-based learning opportunities, apprenticeships, and dual-credit programs.
* Manage program budgets and resources effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility and the sustainability of CTE initiatives.
* Pursue and manage grants related to CTE programs, proactively seeking funding opportunities to support program expansion and innovation.
* Support professional development for CTE instructors by identifying industry trends, training opportunities, and best practices in career readiness education.
* Expand access to CTE programs for all students, including underrepresented groups, ensuring equity and inclusion in career pathways.
* Develop a strategic vision for CTE pathways, ensuring programs align with emerging, high-demand career fields such as cybersecurity, renewable energy, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and AI-driven technologies.
* Engage with community stakeholders, including advisory boards, workforce development groups, and economic development councils, to shape CTE offerings that meet regional labor market needs.
* Lead marketing and outreach efforts to promote CTE programs to students, families, and the broader community, emphasizing the value of career and technical education.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Demonstrated understanding of the use of the Skyward student management system
* Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and facilitate a process towards solutions
* Demonstrated knowledge of PBIS, Make-Your-Day, Character Counts, or other related school culture programs
* Demonstrated ability to remain flexible in assignments or situations
* Demonstrated high level of computer proficiency
* Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships and interact successfully with all school district staff and students
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters in an ethical manner
* Demonstrated successful experience in working with students at all grade levels
* Work cooperatively and effectively with other district level administrators
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Washington State Teaching Certificate
* Knowledge of WA State CTE rules, and/or experience with teaching or leading CTE programs
* CTE Director Certificate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Washington State Administrative Certificate
* Work Based Learning Endorsement
* Experience in Professional Learning Communities
Terms of Employment/Benefits:
* Affiliation: CEREA
* Contract: 180 CEREA Contracted Calendar and 4 day supplemental contract plus any additional time prior to school year will be time sheeted.

* Sick/Personal Days:Sick/Personal Days: Up to 3 personal days and 12 sick days per year.
* Retirement: Two plan choices available with DRS, Plan 2 and Plan 3.
* Salary: Based off the CEREA Salary Schedule and depending on verified years of experience, clock hours, and education. Salary is currently based on the 24-25 salary schedule.
