About the role This opening is for a Field Service Engineer position in the Field Service Group. This role will be responsible for providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation as well as performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repairs of complex equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Able to perform installation, calibration, repairing and maintenance of equipment at customer site, troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems, assemblies, and subassemblies from using block diagrams Develop strong customer relationships at multiple levels in the customer organization.
