Requirements:
At least 1 year serving as a Field Service Technician I
2+ years experience in a professional services environment supporting technical and non-technical users.
Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with a commitment to extraordinary customer service.
Experience supporting an RTLS system strongly preferred.
Experience in enterprise healthcare or hospital environments preferred.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements.
Comfortable navigating all areas of the hospital system including patient rooms.
Comfortable occasionally working around or with potential biological hazards.
Proper personal protective equipment will be worn in accordance with medical center policy and procedures.

Position Summary

EXPERIENCE
* Graduate of 2-year technical school or equivalent

Install, modify, run & maintain new and existing plant process equipment and systems. Piping installations and repairs for process and compressed air systems with various piping materials, PVC, stainless steel, ABS, polypropylene, etc.
Operate and maintain maintenance equipment such as power tools, welders, motors, etc.
Perform mechanical and controls installation for small plant capital projects.
Operate industrial forklifts and other motorized equipment as required.
Perform minor welding for repairs.

EXPERIENCE
Graduate of 2-year technical school or equivalent
5+ years as an instrument technician/electrician in a manufacturing environment, performing highly skilled electrical and controls system maintenance and repairs.
2-4 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant
Field experience and demonstrated proficiency in the following subject matter areas:
Mechanical maintenance of production equipment,
Utility systems maintenance and repair

Machinist (contract position), primary role: program and operate a CNC Haas 5-axis vertical machining center and non-CNC conventional machines producing prototype and small quantity parts. This position will provide manufacturing support and advise to multiple customers with a focus on meeting commitments and producing quality machine parts.
How you will do it
Provide parts manufacturing leadership, experience and knowledge required to fabricate specified prototype machine parts. Emphasis of this position is the ability to leverage knowledge and experience to setup machine operations, program tool paths, interpret models and understand specified design intent. Working as part of a team with a focus on customer satisfaction is an important expectation of this role.
What we look for
Priory experience and sound working knowledge of modern machining processes as well as conventional machining tools.
Experience programming CNC machines, inputting the design specifications and ensuring the machine performs as required Experience
Planning and creating holding fixtures, selecting cutting tools and securing materials onto shop machines.
Experience adjusting machine settings to optimize part quality.
Working knowledge of current CAD software packages and file types.
Experience machining precision plastic parts and polyimide resin materials.
Ability to interpret and understand drawings specifications, dimension nomenclature, tolerances including geometric tolerancing.
Ability to inspect and measure finished parts to insure conformance to design specifications.
Must adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and integrity of machines.
Ability to collaborated with engineers and designers for clarity on custom jobs and to refine manufacturing processes.
