Key Responsibilities
Participate in on-site walk-throughs, formal commissioning, and customer demonstration/training on projects.
Provide onsite and offsite technical support during installation, start-up, commissioning, and turnover process. Complete programming and commissioning process
Oversee and/or assist with installation of controls systems to control Boilers, Chillers, Process Water Systems, RTUs, Air Handlers, etc
Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer
Develop and program graphical displays to monitor and adjust mechanical systems operations (EBI Front End Command Control Interface)
Perform system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patches
Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of the customers (may need to possess certifications)
Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the various electronic gaming devices as manufacturers update and create new machines and equipment necessary to service and repair machines. Essential Functions:
1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort's "ELITE" company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
2. Maintain and repair all electronic devices to the board level. Performs repairs on CPU board, monitors and any applicable devices on property.
3. Responsible for operating and running diagnostic software for electronic testing equipment such as Huntron 800 ~ 2700, oscilloscope, Multimeter, Sencore monitor testing equipment, function generator, component testing equipment, power generators AC/DC and Variac transformers.
4. Will need to establish a thorough familiarity with all test equipment and the following support equipment: Acres and ONELINK progressive controllers and related equipment.

DEFINITION
Under direction, performs a variety of specialized project management, analytical support, programming, coordination and training services to assist in the creation and maintenance of the City's geographic information system (GIS) software, GIS data layers, GIS applications, and related hardware; performs a variety of paraprofessional engineering work and office duties in support of professional engineering staff; develops, designs, and creates cartographic maps and displays; maintains plan files and engineering records; conducts field surveys for GIS purposes as well as in support of traffic analysis; provides technical support to maintains databases, generate reports; and performs related work as required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Receives direction from assigned supervisory or management personnel. Exercises no direct supervision over staff.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS
This journey level classification is responsible for independently performing specialized duties in development, training and support of the City's GIS program in addition to performing office and field work related to assigned engineering projects and programs. Physical Demands
