About This Role: As a Journeyman Electrician with Crusoe's Field Operations Team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. You will work with blueprints to understand system designs, troubleshoot electrical problems, and develop effective solutions. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities, directly impacting our ability to deliver on our production goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Please note that relocation near our field site in Roosevelt, UT is a requirement for this role. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. (#INDJE) What You'll Be Working On: * Installation: Performing electrical installation of equipment in manufactured buildings per plans and specifications. Using your knowledge to determine the best way to install new electrical systems. * Maintenance: Using a variety of tools and techniques to maintain electrical systems. * Service: Using a variety of tools and techniques to service electrical systems. * Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation: Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, blueprints, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform required installation, maintenance, and service. * Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that you follow all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines while you work. * Process Improvement: Continuously looking to standardize practices and methods to be the most efficient and effective. What You'll Bring to the Team: * Education: High school diploma or GED. Enrolled in a Journeyman Electrician program. Formal electrician training. * Technical Skills: Ability to use a wide variety of electrician tools and techniques. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Good technical skills and willingness to follow instructions. * Soft Skills: Must be detail-oriented. Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed. Have a good attitude and willingness to learn. Strong analytical ability and willingness to accept and learn from feedback. * Physical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily. Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back. * Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility.
