JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial electromechanical maintenance technician role maintaining machinery equipped with PLC controls, pneumatics, servos, VFD's, hydraulic and general mechanical power transmission components. Ability to apply logic and reasoning with best practice electromechanical principles to troubleshoot root cause and repair PLC controlled industrial manufacturing equipment. Ability to evaluate condition of machine components against manufacturer's specifications and repair or replace as required to maintain equipment's original design capabilities and rates. Ability to interpret and extract technical information from equipment documentation (e.g. manufacturers manuals, drawings and schematics) to assist with troubleshooting, repair and spare parts identification. Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance tasks. Ability to work with personal computers, e.g. Microsoft software products.
