Qualifications and Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical services preferred. * Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Service/ Installer or similar role, demonstrating strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and repair skills. * Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50 pounds), climb ladders, and perform manual tasks. * Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
