Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead a Team of 2-3 Commissioning Engineers
Manage assigned projects and resources
Interact with clients and maintain relationships
Assist with developing project proposals

Technical Responsibilities:
Assist clients to develop owner's project requirements
Review project design documents and submittals
Develop project-specific MEP commissioning plans and procedures

Conduct field inspections of projects and generate field observation reports

Requirements:
8+ years' experience in commissioning HVAC and electrical equipment
Knowledge of various codes and standards (IMCC, IFGC, IEEC, NEC, NFPA, and ASHRAE)
Strong understanding of HVAC and control systems
Understanding of electrical testing standards and inspections
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Willingness to work occasionally after-hours and weekend shifts to execute inspections and testing
