Safety

Design
Will lead and manage projects using industry best practices for, but not limited to:
* Electrical Power Distribution Systems (480VAC 3Ph to Low Voltage Control Power)
* Control System Architecture including Safety, Instrumentation, PLC, and network design.
* Control Panel Component Selection and Layout
* Panel and System Fabrication Shop Support
* Validate teams engineering design deliverables against MPW and Industry best practices.
Programming
* Competent in PLC and HMI programming following MPW's standard programming practices, considering safety at all levels in the program.
* Program new systems based on developed Control Narratives and P&IDs.
* Ability to validate programs from others against MPW and Industry best practices.
Testing and Quality Control
* Will develop and maintain MPW testing procedures and quality control standards for complex equipment.
* Will assist with team oversight to ensure procedures are followed to ensure proper system functionality and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Test equipment following developed schedules and plans, communicate testing status to all levels within MPW.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position handles workforce, equipment, and customer relations in multiple, geographically dispersed locations.
Due to the nature of the business as a 24/7 service company, non-traditional availability may be required as a regular part of the job.
Travel to field services sites, and customer sites as needed. Up to 60 nights travel required.
