Excellent communication and writing skills are essential to accomplish synergistic interaction with both technical clients and co-worker/staff. Software capabilities must include Microsoft Office platform, AutoCAD and/or Revit. Technical capabilities must include a strong working knowledge in industry standards such as IEEE and NFPA as well as State building codes and. Additionally, a broad familiarity with the work of other project team members, including architects and structural, mechanical and civil engineers is desired to allow for effective, integrated and well-coordinated project design solutions. Desired soft skills include interfacing with internal and external clients, mentoring younger staff, and assistance with proposal development. The long term role of the SE Electrical Engineer is the liaison between the Grinding product line and the Smart Equipment team. In addition to supporting the marketing, engineering, supply chain and field support groups, He/She shall work with the Grinding product line engineering team to identify enhanced content for the SE Content Development team.
