Key Responsibilities:

Our Shift Maintenance supports Mativ's Sustainable and Adhesive Solutions (SAS) team for Neenah Inc., a Mativ company (“Mativ”). Job Summary
Electricians are responsible for electrical assembly and installation in addition to inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems on the fire apparatuses. Electricians should have thorough knowledge of schematics, prints, and heavy duty automotive electrical systems.
Build wiring harnesses and junction boxes
Install and interconnect electrical devices
Interpret drawings
Program, set up, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair simple electrical components and systems
Modify sheet metal to allow for additional component installation
Inspect mechanical assemblies to verify the fitting of electrical assemblies
Calibrate, regulate, or program equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical defects
Wire and assemble intricate apparatus on custom panels, standard panels, or equipment of complicated and high value electrical components
Work under minimal supervision
