Summary
The Creator, Social Media Content is a highly creative and strategic content producer who specializes in crafting compelling social-first content that drives engagement and brand love across organic social channels. What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in social-first content creation, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or growth/startup brands.
Proven ability to ideate, storyboard, and produce high-quality social content.
Hands-on experience shooting and directing content, including both behind and in front of the camera as needed.
Deep understanding of short-form video formats, platform-specific best practices, and trend-driven storytelling, with a strong pulse on emerging social trends and viral content.
Proficiency in social media video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and experience creating content natively in TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet evolving deadlines.

Role Overview:
