In your role as Managing Editor of News Standards, you will collaborate directly with our news leaders and multimedia journalists across the country to review, edit, and approve the most complicated stories before they air on TV or are published onto digital platforms. As a member of the News Standards Committee, you will help draft guidance on language and style, as well as revise and update our News Standards Guidelines. You will have the opportunity to work on both big picture initiatives at the core of our mission and breaking news on deadline. You will have the chance to train our newest employees, as well as work with the most senior leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and execute iFLIP4's editorial strategy
Recruit, train and manage a national network of part-time editors, correspondents, and freelance writers to produce groundbreaking multimedia content
Write, copy-edit, code, schedule editorial content, and tailor headlines for social media and SEO
Analyze performance metrics for web content and evaluate or change editorial strategy based on findings
Work hand in hand with other members of the Core Team to create and distribute innovative content campaigns
