MNY Ventures is home to one of the fastest-growing supplement brands in the world, built on the back of a high-performance, results-obsessed culture. We don't just create ads; we create market-leading campaigns that generate massive revenue. We're looking for an elite direct response video editor who thrives under pressure and is motivated by a high bar. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you'll work directly with our founders. If you are an A-player who wants to be tested, rewarded, and given a path to lead your own team, this is your opportunity. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to lead the production of our high-converting AI videos quickly and at high quality. You will be responsible for consistently creating on-brand and compliant video content based on proven formulas designed to maximize reach, ensuring MNY Ventures maintains its position as the #1 leader in AI video marketing for e-commerce. RESPONSIBILITIES Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day, following our preset scripts and styles. Increase your performance bonus by analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions. Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without needing hand-holding or frequent check-ins. Quickly learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve, often with less than a day's notice. Ensure every video meets our exacting quality standards and perfectly matches the provided instructions, minimizing the need for revisions. Maintain clear, proactive communication with the company founders and executive team, providing updates when necessary. Attention to detail; you follow instructions and believe in getting it right the first time. WHY JOIN MNY Ventures Performance-Based Rewards: A lucrative bonus structure that rewards you directly for every viral video you create. Growth Trajectory: For high-performers, there are clear opportunities for advancement to lead editor or AI content manager roles. Results-Driven Flexibility: Success is measured by output, not hours; meet the 7:00 PM ET daily deadline, attend the Monday 12:00 PM ET weekly call, and be responsive during our core collaboration window from 9:00 AM-8:00 PM ET. Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the world. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF You are a meticulous video perfectionist who will spend hours refining a single transition or effect. With a high daily quota, success in this role demands efficiency. Adhering perfectly to the video template at speed is valued over spending extra time on minor details that don't contribute to views or conversions. You thrive in highly collaborative, team-oriented environments with frequent meetings and brainstorming sessions. This is a high-autonomy, "heads-down" role where you will be working independently the majority of the time to meet your individual production goals. You are a methodical planner who prefers stable, long-term projects and predictable workflows. Our environment is inherently dynamic. The AI tools, guidelines, and video styles can change overnight, and you must be able to pivot instantly without frustration. You are a dedicated specialist who prefers to master one skill or software. Our editors are multi-skilled operators who not only edit but also analyze data, review copy, and constantly learn new AI tools. This role requires a generalist's adaptability over a specialist's deep focus in one area. You seek a strong separation between your work and personal interests. The ideal candidate is genuinely obsessed with the world of social media, AI, and direct-response marketing. This role is a poor fit if you see this as "just a job" and aren't driven to grow with a fast-scaling company. HOW TO APPLY If you're an elite direct-response video editor who wants to work with the industry leaders, in a rapidly growing DTC company, with high-autonomy and an ambition to be excellent and grow beyond your role, we want to hear from you. To stand out, answer all of the following questions in the application to the best of your ability and highlight how your past experience is applicable to this role. Include the code word: 'DetailsMatter' somewhere in your application. We will only review candidates who follow these instructions. It tells us you actually pay attention to detail. Popcorn Growth

    Remote editor/camera operator job

PLEASE NOTE: We have become aware of recruitment scams impersonating Popcorn Growth. All official communication will come from ********************* email. We will never request payments or personal financial information as part of the hiring process.About Popcorn Growth A fast-growing social media company. Our main line of business is Popcorn Growth, a TikTok-first influencer marketing agency. Here to shake up stuffy old-school agency practices. We've worked with top brands like Kleenex, Costco, Walmart, Universal Music Group, etc. We know that success on TikTok for brands depends on speed and efficiency. We know that creators do their best work when we let them be the creatives. We've operationalized the whole influencer marketing process so that we can help brands move at the speed of TikTok. Now, we are looking for passionate industry disruptors who are ready to move as fast as we do. Job Description- Generative AI Video Creator for Social Media Content This is a fully-remote position. We just want the best, wherever you are. We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy video creator to join our fast-paced team and help us produce high-performing promotional and influencer videos for our clients. This role is for someone who is excited about leveraging generative AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.) to create virtual influencer videos. You must have an instinct for social media storytelling-especially TikTok-and understand what kinds of videos convert. You're obsessed with hooks, retention, and optimizing every second of content. You produce content that drives brand performance. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team that values impact, efficiency, and independence. As a fully remote company, all of our team members must be able to take full responsibility for their roles and sphere of influence. Your Goals You will be responsible for producing short-form videos using generative AI and human editing, ranging from creator remixes to promotional TikToks and case study recaps. You will be in charge of the entire creative process- from scripting, to voice creation, to video creation to post-production. More specifically: Generate iterations of top performing influencer videos using AI. For example, this is an actual influencer who created a video for a brand. Your goal would be to use AI to make different iterations of this video. (Our legal team will secure the name and likeness of the influencers). Create virtual influencer videos. You will create and design the “virtual influencers” for the videos to promote our clients's brands. The goal is to replace more costly influencer videos with AI. Images of virtual influencers do not count, unless you stack them with other Gen Ai tools to create actual videos. Create engaging social media videos with AI. Develop a scalable playbook for how we leverage GenAI to consistently deliver high-performing videos across clients. Compensation $60,000-$90,000 annual DOE for full-time $30,000-$60,000 annual DOE for part-time Performance bonuses Potential ESOP opportunities Potential for leadership position, heading up an entire line of business for GenAI video content Potential for equity Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work on campaigns with top brands How to Apply Please apply by sending your resume and portfolio. Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected, unless your experience clearly demonstrates your ability to creatively and resourcefully excel in this role using GenAI. Job requirements Video Creator Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in your editing workflow (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.) You must have a portfolio, or at least 3 sample videos, that showcase your editing and AI-assisted video creation Strong portfolio of social-first video content with measurable engagement results You understand native TikTok storytelling (first 3 seconds, watch time, captions, memes, etc.) Comfort working independently and managing your own deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bonus if you've worked with influencer or UGC content Will you succeed in this role? Because we are a start-up, we may not have the most robust and in-depth training process, so people who excel in our environment are people who are fast, independent learners who can pick up concepts quickly. Our training consists of: Creative brief walkthroughs and campaign context Loom tutorials for AI workflows and editing standards Feedback loops with our Head of Creative and Client Success leads Please note that there will be no technical training as we are hiring for candidates that come with Gen AI experience and skillset. Keys to success: You are obsessed with TikTok and know what's trending (and why) You are fast and efficient without sacrificing quality You are flexible and know how to adapt to different brand tones and aesthetics You welcome feedback and are not precious about edits You don't just follow directions-you think like a marketer and pitch creative ideas You think scale Please Do NOT apply if: You need your hand held every step of the way. We need someone who can experiment, iterate, and move. You don't actively keep up with TikTok trends, formats, and memes. You are more excited about making “cinematic edits” than performance-driven social content. You aren't comfortable using or learning generative AI tools. All done!
