The residents

Cons of working at Ecumen

Management threatens residents with eviction. Has a crew of 3 that do no wrong. Refuses to show policy. Changes rules to suit her. False delegates new employees. Allows new staff to think RCS is a licensed nurse. Residents are fearful of retaliation form management when speaking out
