You can give up your gym membership if you want to field Rep. Overall, a great company to work for. Excellent benefits. If you’re hard-working, they take great care of you.
Only two negatives. Work /Life balance and The pay is slightly lower than competitors but the benefits are excellent
Having a company car is an excellent benefit. You have so much freedom, you feel like you are an independent contractor with no boss.
The CEO makes decisions that will better the company and the employees overall.
As a field rep, I can’t answer this because I work independently.
I research the company and got very familiar what they did and what services they offered. I made a crystal clear that I’m willing to work hard and then I can follow directions.
Personally, I feel like it’s a little below average but with a company car and excellent benefits it kind of makes up for it
