Cons of working at E-ONE

Clicky, if you are not in their click you are not going to do well. Let people go day of 90 day review with no notice that were never trained. Upper management does not care about their employees at all. If they want you to leave they will not fire you they will do HORRIBLE things to make you want to quit without any remorse. Management very cold and unapproachable. HORRIBLE place to work. Not worth the pay or the benefits. You'd be better off working somewhere else.

The pay is okay for the area. Lots of overtime if you want it.

Cons of working at E-ONE

I have worked at a few manufacturing companies and they all have pros and cons but I have never seen one mismanaged as badly as E-One. Employees are disgruntled and are not treated well. Very few chances for advancement and raises are minimal and only once a year. It is dirty and hot with only fans for cooling. They do not utilize the skills the employees have and by the end of the month it is total chaos.The benefits are expensive for what you get.
