A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. What You Need to Win in this Role Education and Skills: High school diploma, or equivalent experience is required. At least 2 years of retail management experience is required, this experience needs to be in an environment where you have talked to customers about their wants and needs (beauty providers, phone providers, etc.). At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience. Experience for operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions. Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Schedule and Attendance: Retail Store is open six to seven days a week. Hours will vary between 9 am to 6 pm most days (We have part-time and full-time opportunities). Physical Requirements: Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
