Full-time on-site, maintenance man / driver. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. House maintenance (maintaining plant interior and equipment):
a. Shop floors; operate floor scrubber, mop, sweep, place absorbent pad etc.
b. Preventative maintenance: all machines; Fluids, Filters, batteries, etc.

e. House systems:

a. Summer: cut and edge grass (operates zero turn lawnmower); maintain outside building (sign lights, building lights, walkways, parking lot, etc.)
3. Truck driver:
a. Make in process delivery to and from customer and outside vendors.
b. Pick up shop supplies as needed.
c. Load vehicles into car haulers/ trailers
4. When maintenance is slow you, we will keep you busy running CNC machines, assembling details, deburring, etc.

Route planning and execution:
Prepare the delivery vehicle each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly; familiarize yourself with the route layout and customers' requests to complete the scheduled route.

Product knowledge:

Scale full Paige Trailers and bring them to the bullpen, and scale empty Paige Trailers to bring to the Scrap Room.
Adhere to the scrap process to include removing and replacing scrap with roll off trailer & responding when contacted to swap, recording and weighing of the scrap roll offs, and transporting scrap roll off to the staging area.
Supply and deliver proper amounts of shipping/WIP racks.
Load and unload outside trucks, and verify incoming racks per BOL.
Transfer dies, finished parts, and empty racks/totes utilizing flatbed trailers.
Provide assistance when needed for loading and unloading outside dies and tooling.
Trailer switching.
Adhere to outside rack layout.
Verify that product matches paperwork for shipping/WIP racks.
Commitment/adherence to department cross training.
Maneuver the Taylor-100 “Big Red” 100,000-ton hilo.
Operate switcher to maintain bullpen and move trailers as required.
