FINANCIAL PACKAGE
Weekly Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,000 - $1,800 per week
Annual Pay: full-time drivers on this fleet can make $52,000 - $93,600 per year
**Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1000 - $1,800 per week ($52,000 - $93,600 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $.55-$.60 per mile, depending on experience.
Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.
HOME TIME
Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off
Home time varies by division. This opportunity is for Division 200.

Summary:
The Donations Truck Driver is responsible for picking up donated items throughout Northwest Vermont using a box truck. This includes following a schedule, communicating with donors, and using safe practices to move donations. The driver must be able to assess conditions of donations, quickly adapt to changes in the pickup schedule, and effectively communicate GMHFH's mission to donors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Follow the schedule set by the dispatcher to pick up donations across Northwest Vermont. Communicate with the dispatcher to implement any changes to the pickup schedule.
Greet customers and assess the condition of donations that are scheduled to be picked up. Approve or deny donations based on if they are in good, sellable condition.
Impart GMHFH's mission on donors and provide proper documentation for their donations.
Provide directions to the Driver Associate or volunteers and answer any questions.
Strictly follow set procedures relating to safe vehicle operation, proper loading practices, and accident reporting.
Assist in keeping trucks well maintained and clean, including transporting to service centers, and performing minor repairs as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Attend community and GMHFH events and assist with set up.
Once pickups are completed, assist with warehouse operations, including pricing donations received or moving product.
Perform other duties as assigned.
