Position Overview
As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. If you are a newly graduated Class A Driver eager to start your career in trucking, apply now! You'll train with an experienced mentor on Over-The-Road (OTR) assignments using 53' Dry Van Trailers, enhancing your driving skills and learning logistics. After training, you'll have the opportunity to drive solo across all 48 states, allowing you to travel and explore America while building your career.
Running lanes are all 48 states
100% No Touch dry van freight.
Drop N Hook and live load/unloads.
Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if under 6 months experience.
Home every 3 weeks
Orientation in Tucson, AZ
Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
Average miles a week is 1800-2100.
Requirements
Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
Cannot have been terminated from last job.
No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years - safety to review all criminal history.
Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years maximum.
Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
Benefits
$1100 a week average
Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks (if under 6 months exp)
43-.57 a mile on sliding pay scale
Experienced drivers' pay is .46-72 a mile on sliding pay based on experience
$5 1st stop and $15 each additional
$20 for loads under 100 miles
.06 per mile monthly safety bonus

Major moving violations: None in the past year, and only one in the last 3 years.
Safety record: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT recordables in the past 3 years.
