Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of employees to and from the work site. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Drive a van on a scheduled route to transport employees to and from apartment complex, work site, and other routes as assigned. Allow time for traffic, employees must arrive on time for their scheduled shift.
Check in with a manager upon arrival and departure each day.
Vehicle keys are to be picked up and dropped off at Security for each shift.
Keep staff informed of the plan for the day so they are aware; communicate any side trips needed before drop offs/pick ups.
When on duty, the company phone you have been assigned should be with you at all times and must be kept on so that you are easily accessible; check voicemail regularly.
The company van is your responsibility; and must be kept mechanically sound at all times. Monitor any problems, oil changes, etc. A maintenance log should be kept to track maintenance that has been performed.
A thorough inspection should be done weekly to insure that the van is in good working order and safe. Any issues on maintenance should be brought to management's attention immediately.
Employees are not permitted to log in earlier than their scheduled start time (6 minute grace period).
A copy of the daily activities sheet should be kept at all times; human resources will provide a culinary and food & beverage staff schedule to coordinate with bus schedule.
Other tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis, such as running errands, pickups, food and wine deliveries, and working as a valet.

Required:
* Florida D & G license
* Prior experience in close personal executive protection and security driving
* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
* Discretion and the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people.
* Possess a broad understanding of the navigation of local roads and neighborhoods.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
* Drug and nicotine-free; must pass a drug screening and submit to periodic screenings throughout employment.
* Candidates must pass an extensive background check and in-house training assessment.
* Retired law enforcement/military experience
* HR 218 a plus
* CPO certification or executive protection training a plus
Desired:
* HR218 or Florida CCW
* BA or BS preferred
* Proficient in the use of social media collection tools in support of protective intelligence
* Training in defensive tactics, counter surveillance/surveillance detection, and covert protection experience
* Prior attendance of a recognized EP school (i.e., ESI, EPI, Oatman, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)
* Active First Responder, Paramedic or EMT certifications
