Position Overview
As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for Mobile Unit Drivers to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote-travel opportunity. The Mobile Unit Driver is responsible for maintaining, stocking, and transporting the mobile unit to scheduled clinic locations safely, on time and in accordance with company policies. Additionally, the driver will function as a Clinic Intake Specialist for the mobile unit appointments. The Mobile Unit Driver is a public-facing role providing punctual, solutions-oriented customer experience to Veterans and VES providers with a caring and positive attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel 100% of the time to mobile unit event sites; site locations could be in any of the 50 states.

- Document and update system comments regarding the Veteran appointment.
- Perform all job functions in compliance with HIPAA policies and adhere to local and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies.
- Work with Domestic Travel Team on route creation and trip timelines.
- Must have an excellent driving record without any serious driving violations for the last five (5) years.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of professional driving experience is preferred. Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
Successful completion of all pre-screening requirements.
Passing of the WorkSTEPS job-specific test.
21+ years of age and possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License with a good driving record, as confirmed through an MVR check.
LANGUAGE SKILLS & ABILITY: Proficiency in English required, bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online technologies is essential.
Prefer experience with Inventory and Project Management systems, especially Microsoft Navision Ceres 2009.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no direct reports but may support the coordination of volunteers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily works outdoors, in and around vehicles, and has frequent exposure to public and private, non-FBLC warehouse environments, such as grocery retailer receiving areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear with or without aid, walk for short or extended periods of time, stand for short or extended periods of time, sit for short and extended periods of time, kneel, crouch, crawl, stoop, bend repeatedly, pull, reach above the shoulder with hands and arms, regularly use hands to finger, grasp, handle, feel, pull, climb stairs or ladders, step up and down at least 29 inches, balance, write, count, read, analyze, alphabetize, and frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 55 lbs., frequently push or pull objects up to 75 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
TRAVEL: Local travel between the 3 organizational sites is the primary expectation during business hours, with occasional visits to partner sites (Greeley, Red Feather Lakes, Estes, etc.). Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel.
