Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for Mobile Unit Drivers to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote-travel opportunity. The Mobile Unit Driver is responsible for maintaining, stocking, and transporting the mobile unit to scheduled clinic locations safely, on time and in accordance with company policies. Additionally, the driver will function as a Clinic Intake Specialist for the mobile unit appointments. The Mobile Unit Driver is a public-facing role providing punctual, solutions-oriented customer experience to Veterans and VES providers with a caring and positive attitude.
Due to contract requirements, only US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.
For positions on this contract, Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor. That wage rate will vary depending on locality. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel 100% of the time to mobile unit event sites; site locations could be in any of the 50 states.
- Transport the mobile unit to clinic locations safely, on time, and in accordance with applicable traffic laws and company policies.
- Adhere to DOT hours of service rules and regulations.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, set-up, and tear down of equipment at mobile sites, including displaying snacks/water/flags/veteran material in the waiting area and post VES signs in the vicinity.
- Perform or facilitate basic routine maintenance and interior cleaning services for mobile unit and its associated equipment, including inspecting mobile unit before and after each trip, maintaining a log of vehicle mileage and condition, completing regular medical supply inventory, reporting items to be ordered to Clinic Director/Manager to order. and replenishing stock of clinic/medical supplies.
- Facilitate the operation of the clinic day, including check-in/check-out process and managing sign in sheet, greeting each Veteran, and gathering any medical records or diagnostic results brought in by the Veteran.
- Provide information to the providers (factsheets, medication list, medical records), and assist with vital signs (weight, height, blood pressure) as needed.
- Document and update system comments regarding the Veteran appointment.
- Perform all job functions in compliance with HIPAA policies and adhere to local and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies.
- Work with Domestic Travel Team on route creation and trip timelines.
- Must have an excellent driving record without any serious driving violations for the last five (5) years.
- Due to insurance requirements, driver must be a minimum of 25 years to operate company vehicles
- Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time for work purposes
- Must be willing and able to travel out of state with overnight stays along clinic routes

Specific duties may include:

Position Summary
We are looking for truck and trailer drivers to deliver and distribute Mutual Materials product throughout Southeastern Montana, primary in the Gallatin Valley region. Primary duties include loading, unloading and delivery of Mutual Materials products to customers and hauling Cement from our local vendor to our plant in a safe and efficient manner, as well as verifying product delivery counts and paperwork. As a member of our distribution and delivery team, promoting positive customer relations is a critical part of this position. This position operates out of our Three Forks, MT location under the name of Kanta Products.
This is a Monday- Friday day shift position. Some OT may be required.
6am-2:30pm
To be eligible for the new hire bonus you must complete six months of continues employment.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience driving tandem axle and/or flatbed trucks.
A current class "A" CDL license and will satisfactorily complete all Federal DOT requirements.
This position calls for an individual with good verbal communication skills; previous customer service experience is a plus.
Any applicant should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have the ability to work independently, but also as part of a face-paced distribution team.
Prior knowledge of Mutual Materials products and the ability to operate a Forklift is a plus.
Must be willing and able to work overtime.
