Summary of Job Functions: The Driver/Job Coach is responsible for picking up and delivering goods in the most efficient manner possible. The driver also functions as a Job Coach/Employment Specialist and will be responsible for assisting participants of The Arc of Anchorage employment program through the successful completion in attaining and retaining employment opportunities in the community. The Driver is responsible for informing the Manager concerning any necessary vehicle repairs.
