This career ladder position has a grade level progression of GS-11, GS-12 and GS-13. Duties and Responsibilities
As a Marine Interdiction Agent, you will perform marine-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties may include:
Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
Interpreting radar data to calculate appropriate intercept while tracking vessels and people to a successful interdiction.
Searching persons, vessels, baggage, and cargo for contraband or weapons incidental to detention or arrest.
Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
Qualifications
This GS-11 grade level position has a selective factor: As a minimum qualification requirement all candidates must have a qualifying Merchant Mariner Credential. See the U.S. Coast Guard Issued Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC) section that is listed below for qualifying capacities.
You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
Independently applying advanced skill in controlling/commanding law enforcement scenes to include conducting searches, making arrests, processing arrests and seizure of evidence and property.
Conducting investigative inquiries using various techniques, examining files and records, physical and documentary evidence to identify logical conclusions.
Utilizing cameras and other electronic high-tech surveillance equipment to gather evidence, collect, evaluate, and then preserve that physical and documentary evidence.
Highly skilled in writing comprehensive arrest, criminal and incident reports.
Assisting government or state attorneys in preparation for court cases or grand juries, testifies as a law enforcement officer in court proceedings, and administrative forums.
Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.
OR GS-11 Education Substitution for experience: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M.
OR Combining Experience and Education: A combination of successfully completed post-bachelors education (above) and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
AND U.S. Coast Guard Issued Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC): You must submit a valid, legible copy of your Merchant Mariner Credential at time of application. Your copies must include the expiration and capacity pages of your MMC.

This position is in support of the Air National Guard (ANG) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) at various ANG sites in the United States and U.S. Territories. The mission of ANG DDRP is to ensure the ANG complies with Department of Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) and respective Executive Orders, Public Laws, and Department of Defense (DoD) Directive/Instructions to coordinate the collection of specimens for laboratory testing at the designated Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) laboratories. The ACRM functions as a member of the Market leadership team. The ACRM partners with the Market Client Relationship Manager in managing the Client Associates, Service Support Staff, and the Market's Operations functions where responsibilities include Funds/Securities Receipt & Processing, Wire & Order and Document Control where the review and approval of all Client Financial transactions takes place. Additionally, the ACRM role will participate in the overall delivery and management of the client service experience for the Market.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Promote the satisfaction of client service expectations while balancing the risk and exposure for Merrill
* Once licensed, review and approve client documents and transactions as delegated by the Office Management Team (OMT)

Key Qualifications for the role:
* The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, client centric individual who has or is able to obtain the following in a specified timeframe: Series 7 (SIE, 7 Top-Off) AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses
* SIE strongly preferred
* If unlicensed, must pass the AP Reasoning Assessment
* Strong client service and communication skills
* Minimum 3 - 5 years financial services experience preferred
* Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory, and corporate policies and procedures

The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the customer service and permitting team, ensuring efficient administrative management of port construction projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, along with construction management experience to coordinate processes and maintain compliance with program requirements. The Operations Lead serves as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, property owners, and regulatory agencies to streamline operations and support project success.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and oversee the customer service team and permitting team, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests from property owners, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
Develop an effective Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guide for customer service, providing clear direction and keeping property owners updated on the ongoing reconstruction or repair activities of the ports.
Ensure that project documentation and file uploads into the program's databases, including correspondence and phone call records, are complete and up to date by supervising and monitoring the daily activities of the customer service team.
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of permits, documentation, and compliance requirements related to project execution.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project status, technical issues, and coordination needs with other departments.
Manage Quick base and Canopy platforms for project tracking and reporting.

Education
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in general construction management, operations or project administration.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business administration, engineering, or related field.

Advanced level technical skills with Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
