This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Cloud Data Warehouses and their ecosystem of channel, SI, and consulting partners to enhance our product offerings and driving mutual business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with Cloud Data Warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc….) to enhance our product capabilities and market reach; Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders with Cloud Data Warehouses, and within our organization to ensure alignment and successful partnership outcomes; Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to integrate Cloud Data Warehouse solutions into our product offerings and go-to-market strategies; Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for partnership growth and expansion; GTM Execution: Supporting and executing joint lead generation activities including field events, webinars, tradeshows, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience working with Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc….) and their ecosystems; At least 5 years experience in Partner Sales in the software/high tech industry; Partnership experience in the data warehouse, BI, and analytics industry is preferred; Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or similar field OR equivalent professional experience; MBA degree is ideal; Proven track record of success in negotiating and closing strategic technology or channel partnerships; Advanced computer and sales skills, including market requirements, customer support and advertising techniques; Handle high-stress environments while still being able to drive sales teams towards goals; Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills; Previous experience developing strategic business and sales plans; Handle details accurately and in a timely matter; Highly driven individual that is execution focused and a strong sense of urgency. The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $219,120 and USD $328,680 per year. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
