In these positions you will ensure all our guests are hosted in the Chandon way - elegant, professional, and welcoming. From the moment our guests arrive to guiding them during our curated Chandon experiences you will be with them to ensure their experience is a sparkling one. We have seasonal positions available working up to 40 hours/5 days per week spread across 7 days. Our working hours are weekday and weekends predominantly with occasional evening shifts available when we host exclusive events.

Requirements

JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Worker 1 will have a direct impact on ensuring quality and food safety for our product as they are responsible for special projects, labeling, housekeeping, and additional tasks to support customer and business requirements. The Cost Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the cost accounting function, including standard cost rollups & analysis of actuals, month-end close entries, and reconciliation of inventory accounts. This position will lead process improvement initiatives across departments to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our costing processes. The Cost Accounting Manager ensures financial accuracy and crafts presentations for senior management on cost of wine processes, inventory value, trends, and P&L impacts. Our Cost Accounting Manager is expected to provide subject matter expertise in costing and inventory management, to communicate effectively with senior management, and to grow key stakeholders' understanding of our end-to-end costing processes, from grape harvest through winemaking, cellaring, bottling, warehousing, and shipping. JOB SUMMARY
Lab Technicians perform analytical analysis, product, and packaging quality assessments, including issue investigation and resolution to ensure the quality of our work, quality of our wines and quality of our finished products. Lab Technicians work to meet or exceed the quality expectations and regulatory requirements of our varied customers, both internal and external. Technicians must have integrity, a good attitude, perseverance, be flexible, and work as part of a team. Lab Technicians possess a sense of urgency, take initiative and work with the highest attention to detail. Technicians are responsible for communicating and collaborating effectively with many functional areas within TWG, across facilities, and where appropriate, with packaging material suppliers, ingredient suppliers, export customers, bottling co-packers, equipment vendors, etc. Areas of responsibility include performing a wide range of analytical analysis, sanitation validation, and where applicable audits of product quality and processes as well as microbial stability evaluation of wines in tank or barrel, bulk export and or packaged wines in addition to a wide range of quality or food safety related projects. Lab Technicians must operate the variety of instrumentation/tools, and computer systems utilized to perform the job functions and participate in tests and projects as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Level 1
Actively commit to and participate in our lab and corporate safety programs: including following all safety protocols and procedures. Learning to recognize and report hazards and take appropriate action to keep yourself and others safe. Participate in safety programs, activities, including delivering safety trainings on a variety of topics.

Perform routine analysis at all stages of the winemaking process from grape samples to consumer complaints utilizing appropriate methods per SOPs. Operate and assist in maintaining the varied laboratory instruments and equipment utilized, such as auto-titrators, spectrophotometers, densitometers, GCs, HPLCs, NIR or IR analyzers, balances, pH meters, etc. Capture complete, accurate and thorough results. Play a key role in bottling/export tank approval process.
Perform process audits, compliance verification and or package quality assessments. Assist in identifying and resolving issues and/or taking appropriate action on sanitation issues, non-conforming product or material issues as directed. Timing is critical and must be managed to ensure responsibilities are performed at appropriate times. Capture clear, concise, accurate data and information. Seek input as appropriate. Perform sanitation validation and troubleshooting through swabbing, record, and data review etc.
Utilize proper aseptic techniques and skills, perform the multiple duties involved in micro plating. This includes proper preparation, plating technique, media preparation, and record keeping. (Varies by facility)
Participate in and support our Food Safety Management Programs as a part of your routine duties.
Make quality and process improvement suggestions and follow through to implement as appropriate.
Data management: Input and evaluate data, perform calculations to determine basic statistical parameters. Utilize technology; computers, and specific software for managing processes including AS400, WMS, VA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Recognize common issues, collect data/information for common or less complex issues, seek direction on resolution.

JOB SUMMARY
Supervise, guide, and provide leadership to lab employees to ensure we are providing the highest quality results and support to our internal and external customers. JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Senior Manager. This position is responsible for but not limited to: Managing all facility maintenance areas, supervision and development of Maintenance Technicians, training, and safety. Support Constellation Engineering Team and Winery Operations with responsibility for managing production and technical projects that are designed to increase wine quality and lower production costs through efficiency gains, reduction of product loss, or reduction of labor requirements. Responsible for the engineering design of solutions for the improvement of plant production and utility issues identified by the Operations and Winemaking teams.
This is a temporary assignment, generally between June through December at Gonzales Winery. Schedules are determined on an as needed basis to keep up with capital improvements. This may include weekend work, and overtime.
Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability, and throughput
* Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments
* Assist with winery projects using engineering principles and techniques
* Planning and designing new production processes including process improvement & optimization
* Makes recommendations of potential process improvements that could enhance our production performance.
* Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and layouts
* Solve various engineering calculations for plant mechanical and process systems
* Researches new process technology presents new ideas and makes proposals for potential applications to Winemaking and Operations staff.
* Administers library of facility blueprints, both physical prints and electronically
* Maintains archived records of research and development projects for historical and reference purposes.
* Assists Operations and Winemaking departments with special projects and equipment trials.
* Supervision of projects that have been delegated by the Engineering Manager, which may include the following:
* Implementation, coordination, and completion of designated projects.
* Coordination with vendors contracted to install equipment and/or construction contractors.
* Management of project documentation and distribution including CAD files, MS Project, building permits, software architecture, and safety training information
Key Relationships:
* Winemaking Staff: Works with Winemaking departments to identify and resolve issues regarding wine quality.
* Production Department: Works with Production Managers to address potential improvements in procedures, process flow and capital improvements.
* Maintenance Department: Works with Maintenance staff regarding capital projects, preventative maintenance and routine maintenance issues.
* Corporate Safety Manager: Assists with the implementation and management of safety programs regarding special equipment and projects that may be necessary to create a safe work environment.
* Procurement: Works with the Procurement Team to research, select and procure products and services required to support approved process, equipment and systems improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Ability to work from June through the end of December
* Ability to work various shifts including weekends and overtime
* Pursuing a BS degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
* Ability to read and draft mechanical, process, structural, and electrical blueprints
* Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills required.
* Ability to work well within a team environment, to work harmoniously with co-workers and to perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with and in support of our corporate values and targeted culture.
* Experience in computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and AutoCAD.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Working conditions in certain areas of the winery are cold, warm, wet, slippery and noisy. Involves exposure to loud noises, fumes, toxic chemicals, near moving mechanical parts and lift truck traffic. Frequent walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouch or crawl, going up and down stairs and ladders. Must be able to move up to 55 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license. The salary range for this role is:
$19.00- $29.50 an hour
