Stonehenge is currently seeking an Associate in Columbus, OH to support its Direct Investing team. The group primarily provides senior term credit products and equity co-investment to operating companies and invests capital through both a $224 million SBIC and state and federal economic development programs.
Responsibilities Include
Support of senior members in evaluating potential investments including meeting with companies, conducting due diligence, and assisting in the formulation of potential investment structures.
Financial Analysis:
Modeling historical & projected financials of prospective investments and performing ongoing financial covenant compliance for portfolio companies.
Research:
Conduct industry research on a select list of prospective investment sectors or industries
Prepare economic impact analyses for prospective investments and existing portfolio companies.
Complete ad-hoc requests from the senior members of Stonehenge Capital.
Portfolio Management:
Assistance in writing quarterly portfolio company updates/valuations.
Completing necessary regulatory filings.
Desired Experience and Skills
The ability to conduct detailed, structured and comprehensive analysis and synthesize results in a clear, articulate manner.
A pre-MBA degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting is preferred along with an expressed interest in economic development finance and/or impact investing.
Completion of a commercial bank training program will be given top preference.
One to five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to handle projects from start to finish.
Strong interpersonal skills. The highest degree of ethics and integrity and a “team-player” mentality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.

Role Description:

Responsibilities:
Ensure that each guest is treated with respect and dignity
Ensure that all guests are bathed and that client's requests are met (within our limitations as a bather)
Bath services include: Bathing pet per pet parents request, brush out, drying, Nail trims, and ear cleaning.
Communicate with pet parents to alert them about their services, pick-ups, and any needed info regarding the service.
Bathers need to be professional and detailed when communicating with Pet parents either in person, via text/email or report cards.
Bathers should be computer literate as notes need to be made for any important information that would be useful to the other employees, including the pet stylist or management team.
Bathers are not to give haircuts of any kind. Those are the sole responsibility of the Groomer. This includes but isn't limited to sanitary trims, and feet/feathers.
Baths must be completed in a timely manner. Time management is key to be a successful bather.
Properly maintain all bathing supplies.
Promptly notify the manager if supplies are needed (bandana, shampoos, etc). Take inventory of items weekly to ensure we do not run out of products.
Ensure all products are up to date and not expired.
Maintain a sanitary and healthy environment by following standards of cleaning and disinfecting bathing areas. See below for details.
Cleaning is essential: All hair must be swept off floor in a timely manner. Bathing and drying rooms must be cleaned before going home. Bathing/Grooming area must be tidy (windows cleaned, floor mopped, computer station cleaned.)
Disinfecting of drying rooms is crucial. Use disinfectant daily on all drying rooms.
All bathing products are to be measured and diluted to standards
All diluted bottles with product need to be dumped, rinsed and thoroughly cleaned out daily
Monitor guest's health while bathing. Report any unusual concerns to a lead, manager on duty, or General Manager
Ensure the guest has water and a chance to “go potty” if he or she is in the bathing area for over 2 hours.
Follow all standards of safety with regards to handling guests, particularly aggressive guests and escape artists
Pay specific attention to room tags, (Meds Person to Feed, Aggressive, Separate for Feeding, etc.)
Adhere to resort pricing guidelines.
Bathers need to review all prior notes and past pricing before completing the service.
Effectively communicate to pet care staff that guests are in the grooming area.
Adhere to procedures in identifying pets while they are in the Spa (groom cards, name bands, etc.)
Promptly give any laundry to pet care so that it can be cleaned.
Consult with other departments

Role Description:
Oak Street Health takes a team-based approach to providing outstanding patient care. Transitional Care Coordinators are an integral part of the team. You will help track patients across hospital and post-acute settings and help them get connected back to primary care. You will efficiently juggle many tasks: outbound phone calls to facilities and patients, managing medical records, and scheduling post-discharge appointments. We also expect you to be highly flexible, covering additional responsibilities, as needed. This will be a remote work position.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage inbound notifications related to transitional care events from payer, vendor, facility, and other sources
Conduct outreach to inpatient and post-acute facilities to obtain information, such as admission & discharge dates and discharge plans
Request and obtain medical records, routing documents to clinical staff for review, and uploading documents into electronic medical record platform
Conduct outreach to patients to schedule and confirm post-discharge appointments within the electronic medical records platform
Coordinate with care team, facility, payer, and community-based organizations to ensure patients' transitional care needs are met
Other duties as assigned

The job is service oriented and clerical in nature, which requires effective verbal and written communication with managers and staff on a daily basis. Priorities could include but not be limited to the following: contacting members by phone, letters, or email, to resolve past due loans. Processing documentation and paperwork related to loan collection activity. Processing and posting of member account activity for payments, collection of fees and /or charges, and any other research for loans. Understand and comply with all state and federal regulations and laws. Ensure compliance with all governing regulations especially the Bank Secrecy Act requirements. Bank Secrecy Act knowledge determined by the Employee's position and responsibility.
Individual exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Position qualifies for work from home options based upon meeting the terms of the SLCCU Remote Work Policy and SLCCU Remote Work Agreement.
Essential Functions
Contact members with past due loans and work with them to resolve the situation by using SLCCU services including direct deposit, offering additional fund and loan modifications.
Outbound phone calls on past due loans will be required, and the minimum number of calls may be assigned as volume dictates by manager.
Skip tracing skills are essential to have effective results in contacting debtors and will be required to be performed as needed.
Handle aspects of repossession of collateral, bankruptcy filings and charge off loan and deposit accounts.
Assist with collection agency and attorney correspondence as needed.
Process appropriate file maintenance on loan accounts.
Process transactions such as debit or credits vendor related payments.
Respond to and process electronic and written credit bureau disputes.
Processing of General Ledger related activity.
Process payment protection plan claims (disability and death). Process cancellations on products such as Extended Warranty or GAP after repossession, before charge off.
Follow-up on loan accounts activity related to department.
Must have a clear courteous phone voice, as well as in person to transact department related business with members and co-workers as well as consultations with members and/or settlement advise.
Must remain service oriented as to determine member needs and inform members of specific services offered by SLCCU.
Help to ensure the integrity of the SLCCU brand at all times.
Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments or functions as required and/or assigned.
