Wyman T. Roberts currently serves as CEO and President of Brinker International, Inc., who owns or franchises nearly 1,600 restaurants around the globe on behalf of the company’s Chili’s® Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy® brands. Wyman joined Brinker in August 2005 as Senior Vice President and Maggiano’s Little Italy® President. In March 2009, he added Brinker Chief Marketing Officer (for Chili’s Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina) to his responsibilities. Most recently, he’s overseen a dramatic re-energizing of almost every aspect of Chili’s, one of America’s iconic restaurant brands. As brand President of Maggiano’s, Wyman established structured guiding principles and a brand identity, creating a strong foundation for the positive momentum Maggiano’s is enjoying currently as the brand returns to growth. Wyman earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master’s of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He plays a key role in Brinker’s community outreach, including leading companywide support of national charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and the Make-A-Wish Foundation®.
