Supervises the daily activities of the inventory and shipping/receiving control staff. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Regional Service Dispatcher - Medium Voltage is responsible for the ordering of service parts, scheduling field service labor and submitting manufacturer warranty claims within the defined service response time for all Medium Voltage Service Repairs. Duties include reviewing stock locations and communicating logistics options to Medium Voltage Repair Providers, also ensuring that warranty claims and escalations are completed with MV manufacturers used by SMA. Position also requires the monitoring and alteration of Service Case priorities based on customer account status or Service Contract to meet SMA's Service commitments. This position also includes acting as a backup for the dispatching of field service activities and parts.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Will assign Service Repair activities to SMA Field Resources, external Medium Voltage Service Providers via Salesforce Planning Board based on availability and customer/ case priority level.
Monitors dispatch queues for new service cases. Then align parts and field resources to meet a customer service repair activity within the defined service level.
Monitors existing service cases for key customers and service contracts to ensure the end-to-end delivery time and milestones are met. Takes proactive action with other SMA groups as needed to accomplish service level commitments.
Ensure Medium Voltage issues reported by customers have been escalated to MV manufacturers before planning Service Repair Activities.
Quality control of dispatched service cases from Regional Competency Center Technical team to ensure customer needs are met, Field Service Resources are prepared for repairs and manufacturers have been notified of the failure.
Responsible for communication and alignment of customer's availability and SMA repair plan.
Verifying all Service repairs receive a properly completed Service Report with details required from MV manufacturers and SMA's Supplier Quality.

About the Position:
As a Security Dispatcher, you are responsible for staffing the Security Operations Center (SOC), coordinating communications and responses to security incidents and requests for equipment and services. You will also monitor CCTV footage and share information to ensure an orderly, safe and secure environment for customers and staff and a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do :
Actively monitors CCTV footage, radio systems, phones, news outlets and other sources for safety and security issues and emergency situations, taking action and communicating with appropriate individuals/authorities to coordinate response and maintain awareness.
Fields and initiates responses to requests for substitute Officer coverage, keys, badges and other Security-related services and equipment.
Under the direction of Security management, reviews, retains and releases CCTV footage according to policy and procedure.
Helps to coordinate equipment and technology repair with vendors and other library staff and provides status updates.
Ensures fire and intrusion alarms are being monitored and addresses issues with alarm systems in conjunction with Security management and the Property Management department.
Maintains spreadsheets and other databases for departmental use.
Helps to identify, document and update critical processes to ensure departmental continuity.
Takes the lead in communicating with authorities, utility companies, etc. during emergency situations, alleviating the need for those experiencing the emergency directly.
Assists with testing and validation of security equipment (lockdown buttons, alarm panels, panic buttons, security cameras, etc.) as needed.
Collaborates with law enforcement on public safety issues. Files police reports and appears in court as needed.
Documents incidents in the reporting software according to guidelines.
Assists in emergency response drills and other training throughout the year.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
6 months' experience working with security technology (e.g. incident reporting software, CCTV systems, access control systems) or similar tools. Experience should include end user support and ticket/request management.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and orally over a variety of mediums), manage multiple priorities simultaneously and exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement in rapidly evolving situations.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Experience working in a call/dispatch center or similar environment preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, willing to carry a cellular telephone as directed by management for response to library emergencies and service requests.
Systems configuration, monitoring, and maintenance knowledge of Security Operations Center technologies, Kantech global edition, ReportExec incident reporting, Exacq vision CCTV, and Computer Aided Dispatch.
Ability to operate library technology including personal computer, email, software programs (i.e. Windows/Microsoft Office) and other job related equipment and systems.
Ability to utilize reliable transportation to promptly report to job assignment and other locations, per job requirements. Valid driver license which meets the minimum requirements of CML's vehicle insurance policy.

The primary role of the Lead Dispatch Specialist is to lead the team of Dispatch Specialists with receiving and handling member requests for Roadside Assistance and coordinate services with AAA Central Penn's extensive contractor network. This role assists the Road Services Supervisor and Road Service Manager in the daily operations of the department.
This role is considered Essential Duty Personnel and is required to work as scheduled, including weekends and holidays, regardless of weather conditions.
Essential Functions:
Leads and assists the team, serving as a mentor and role model, demonstrating AAACP's “one-call resolution” philosophy.
Guides the team to achieve goals; answers questions and provides training to new employees.
Monitors daily activity using the Club's business management systems; ensures that metric reports are updated daily, and transaction records are completed properly.
Monitors the queues, alerting the supervisor when service levels are below normal, and ensures AAACP's resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Manage the complete roadside assistance experience, providing necessary follow-up and feedback while handling requests with empathy and a sense of urgency.
Dispatches requests to contractors including an explanation of the situation, vehicle problem, location, and other pertinent details.
Prioritize requests based on various criteria (safety, expedience, weather, traffic, etc.) maximizing the effectiveness and ensuring safety is the highest priority; handle emergency situations appropriately following established procedures.
Accurately and appropriately gather, document, and communicate information clearly and concisely.
Keep the customers updated and informed about transaction-related developments or changes.
Adhere to the Roadside Assistance Program (RAP) rules and requirements.
Cultivate strong relationships within our extensive contractor network to ensure prompt and reliable assistance to our members, ensuring that our contractors consistently meet AAA Central Penn's high standards.
Meet performance metrics, service, and sales goals; accept coaching and instructions from management.

We are currently looking for a daytime dispatcher at our corporate office. The successful candidate will manage our dispatch system, maintain customer relationships, and handle the supervision and management of our drivers.
