Shepard Road Parking is seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher. This is a Part-Time position and does require a flexible schedule. The hours are Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 12am-8am with potential additional shifts to pick up. Our Dispatcher's earn $17.00 hourly Job Description: Job Duties: Ensure a positive customer experience Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person. Experience with NetPark or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred) Complete daily business reconciliation to insure accuracy of bank deposits. Complete other job duties as assigned. Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.
