ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-auction tasks
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-auction tasks
- Enter item information into the computer system accurately
- Ensure all items are imaged promptly
- Prepare (sort, clean, label) items for auctions
- Prepare orders for shipping in compliance with established procedures
- Ship orders immediately after auctions
- Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received
- Inform supervisors of any discrepancies
- Review and match numbers accurately
- Other duties may be assigned
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Role and Responsibilities
This position is for an Identity Access Management Engineer I with 2 - 3 years' experience working with password management and certificate tooling and identity access management (IAM). This position will manage/support ~3,600 accounts/clients. The candidate will work as part of the AXIS BTS team under the direction of the AD & Messaging Tower Lead. This position will work with AXIS internal and external business partners, IT organization, and multiple outsourcing providers to effectively deliver infrastructure services and operational assurances in this functional area through the planning and management of:
+ Support the achievement of service levels and metrics-based performance in collaboration with the Outsourcing Suppliers
+ Tracking, and oversight of day-to-day operations
+ Promptly respond and resolve inquiries and escalations. Ensure systemic issues are identified and remedial actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
+ Ensures adherence to enterprise IT policies and procedures
+ Escalations related to incident management and service requests
+ Adherence to AXIS policies, procedures, and technical standards
+ Provide support for IT and Business project activities
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Works under supervision with independent judgement including escalations when necessary.
+ Work outside of regular hours may be required
Technology Specific Job Responsibilities:
+ Working knowledge skills with password and certificate management and IAM in Active Directory, and Azure
+ Strong knowledge of Excel
