About The Role
The ideal Inbound Sales Consultant will have 1+ year(s) experience in insurance sales, service, or sales support roles. This role will be integral in supporting Players Health's small business team. The Inbound Sales Consultant will be handling a high volume of inbound leads from sports organizations throughout the United States. This role will be expected to offer insurance advice, quickly build trust, and develop creative solutions for prospective customers. This role will report to the VP of Sales & Service-Small Business and is available to work remotely or hybrid near one of our regional employee hubs (Minneapolis, MN or Dallas, TX), unless approved otherwise. Players Health is a remote-first distributed workforce. Travel may be required for team collaboration, training, and development. The Inbound Sales Consultant role has a compensation range of $45,000 - $65,000 depending on skills and experience, plus sales incentive bonus.

Responsibilities (are inclusive of but not limited to):
