The Relief RST's are technical positions that provide direct services in support of the lives of people living in residential programs.
The RELIEF Mental Health Direct Care Professional:

Train new staff in all areas including individual plans, personal care requirements in the programs, and performance expectations.
Responsible for scheduling service planning meetings for the individuals in the program, coordinating with the guardians and case managers around the planning meetings, and writing the plan.
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Fully understands and abides by the agency's code of ethics and all other CW policies and procedures.
Fully understands all aspects of participants' rights and is responsible for promptly reporting any evidence of abuse or violation of participants' rights.
Conduct and facilitate team meetings and ensure that open communication is maintained with the Independent Living staff and address any and all concerns immediately.
