The availability of shifts varies and is determined by the needs of the programs and agencies that All Pointe Care, LLC is supporting. All Direct Support Staff are required to have the following: First aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) PMT (or willingness to obtain) Additional requirements based on program type: Adults with intellectual disabilities Must be a minimum of 20 years old Minimum of 1-year experience working with individuals with disabilities Currently Possess or willing to complete required DDS training Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift Therapeutic/Transitional programs Must be a minimum of 21 years old Minimum of 1-year experience working with youth or families Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
