    $20.75 / hour + $4 differential for Flex Team On a flexible, as-needed basis, provides clinical services to all residents residing at Communities of Christian Living Communities (CLC). These services will include assisted living neighborhoods, and all shifts. Coordinates care and services based on resident needs and individual preferences as determined by ongoing assessment and evaluation. Performs duties with education-based expertise, to provide a holistic and person-centered model of care for residents. Flex team members are expected to fill-in for a minimum of 2 shifts per month. Most of these shifts are 12-hour shifts. This position is considered PRN status and employees may sign up for multiple locations, dates, and shifts. With these expectations, the Community Staffing Team will communicate closely with team members toward meeting their preferences and CLC's needs. Essential Duties Attends to the personal care needs of residents in a timely manner and helps with ADLs as requested by residents or directed by supervisor. Provides personal care services to residents such as assistance with bathing, dressing, attendance at meals, laundry, etc. with attention to individual resident needs (i.e., hair is combed, shoes are tied, oral hygiene, etc.) Anticipates and identifies any resident care needs and reports to supervisor (i.e., hygiene needs, broken eyeglasses, skin rash, lost hearing aids, supply needs, etc.). Responds to the needs of family members as appropriate Maintains open communication with supervisor and/or peers to promote awareness of resident issues. Monitors the safety and well-being of residents Reports suspicion of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resources as required by regulation. Reports changes in resident status, health or otherwise, to supervisor. Monitors and documents resident's condition as directed. Assists residents with prescribed daily medication routine as appropriate and in accordance with state law. Alerts RN/LPN and/or supervisor of any questions or concerns with medication records/supply. Ensures that proper documentation occurs timely including any refusal of medication and/or treatment. Restocks medication carts, drawers and/or storage areas with miscellaneous supplies only (i.e., gloves, sanitizer cups, etc.) Attends, participates, and contributes to monthly staff meetings addressing resident and departmental needs Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications & Experience Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $220,000, with opportunities in Gainesville, VA, and Denver, CO. About the Role In this position, you will engage in the full breadth of architecture design, software development, implementation, testing, analysis, and debugging to create innovative and cutting-edge products and solutions. Key technologies and languages include: C, C++, Python, Java GUI-related technologies Roles and Responsibilities Perform end-to-end development tasks, from concept to final product delivery. Design and implement cutting-edge software solutions for DSP/SIGINT systems. Collaborate with teams to enhance technical outcomes and ensure successful project objectives. Required Qualifications Candidates should have at least three of the following: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Demonstrated experience with C/C++, GNU Radio, X-MIDAS, Python, or Java within Unix/Linux programming environments. Strong Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background, with a comprehensive understanding of communication systems design and theory. Hands-on experience in the development and testing of communications or SIGINT systems. Highly Desired Skills Experience with CUDA and GPU hardware acceleration for DSP applications.
