Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

Work with Compliance Manager to ensure tenant files remain in compliance with governing documents. Insure annual recerts are conducted timely.
Prepare for annual inspections and coordinate with maintenance/services to ensure units pass inspections with oversight and funding agencies.
Coordinate with maintenance and make-ready all units after move-out, and monitor all onsite maintenance activities.
Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner. Make sure that all bank deposits are made immediately and are reported in Skyline on a daily basis.
Ensure delinquency notices are administered monthly and upon the expiration date on the notice, the delinquent tenants are submitted to the Attorney for eviction.
Report all liability and property incidents to the Corporate Office immediately. Ensure that all workers compensation claims are reported and proper paperwork is completed.
Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Regional Supervisor and Director.
Minimum Qualification - Required Skills and Abilities
Accredited Resident Manager or Resident Housing Manager designations preferred or a bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of site operations. This position oversees the plant's quality programs: FSSC22000, HACCP and pre-requisites programs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Sanitation Practices (GSPs), and inspects and audits the program in operation. This position represents the plant during inspections and audits with customers, second and third parties, and regulatory agencies.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Food Safety & Food Quality
Responsible for the plant's GFSI programs. Builds, maintains, and improves the quality management systems (HACCP, FSSC22000).
Assesses the existing department programs, policies, and practices. Makes recommendations for improvements, aligns programs to the required standards.
Assists plant management in developing and implementing plant quality programs and processes.
Ensures the plant is always audit ready. Acts as the lead during audits.
Conducts Annual Reassessment of the Plant Food Safety Systems to ensure all FSSC related SOPs, procedures, policies are appropriate and coordinates with all other departments to ensure programs are up to date.
Performs daily monitoring activities of FSSC22000 programs including Verification, Validation, Audit, and Recordkeeping to ensure facility's continuous compliance with FSSC22000 requirements, performs monthly inspections and internal audits.
Maintains Log /Action Plans of required corrective actions for non-conformances and ensures closure of these issues. Reports on Major Non-Conformances. Inform management of all significant non-conformities and take action to maintain the integrity of the FSSC22000.
Schedule and conduct Food Safety and HACCP meetings and conferences with representatives of other departments and divisions to explain the FSSC management system and to obtain compliance with the procedures and controls.
Formulate and prepare appropriate reports, charts and graphs indicating the status of the FSSC management system and any projects associated with it.
Develop instructional training to clarify FSSC procedures, policies and requirements.
Acts as System Admin for plant's quality software/SharePoint.
Ensures records are maintained and easy to access.
Ensures plant's programs are updated with new/emerging changes in GFSI standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership and Support:
Under the direction of the Outside Sales Supervisor, helps support the outside sales representatives team
Provides ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring for local team of outside sales representatives
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and morale
Leads by example and follows guidelines and policies outlined in the Race Communications Employee Handbook
Compliance and Ethics:
Ensures compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
Promotes a culture of integrity and accountability within the sales team
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies
Sales Outreach and Customer Engagement:
Sources new sales opportunities through door-to-door education of Race fiber optic internet, phone, and television services
Identifies, assesses, and understands customer needs and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction
Identifies potential sales opportunities, and generates interest and sales opportunities
Builds relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication (listening)
Product Knowledge and Customer Service:
Gains and retains extensive product knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements for Race fiber optic internet, phone, and television products
Provides accurate, valid, and complete information when using our CRM and other software as provided
Documentation and Compliance:
Keeps detailed records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts
Sales Campaigns and Events:
Participates in sales and marketing campaigns and attends outside events (travel required)
Safety Protocols:
Adheres to safety protocols and guidelines outlined in the Race employee handbook and job description to promote a safe work environment
Lead Responsibilities:
Adheres to team procedures and guidelines, as well as policies outlined in the Race Communications Employee Handbook.
Provides support in identifying training needs and supports professional development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
Helps onboard and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles safely and effectively.
Provides support to team members on various team matters, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Collaborates with team members to maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication, addressing minor conflicts, and escalating issues as needed.
Helps ensure team members have the tools and resources needed to succeed, assisting in tracking progress toward goals and providing status updates as requested.
Assists in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring team alignment with organizational standards.
This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. The Lead may assist in tasks related to supervision on behalf of the reporting supervisor or manager on duty, such as coordinating task assignments, timing of shift breaks, validating mid-level transactions, and escalating disciplinary and performance matters.

Intro: Renewable Solar Inc is a rapidly growing Solar PV Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) , currently managing a portfolio of over 200 ongoing PV solar projects valued in excess of $300M with a staff of roughly 150 personnel. The O&M Account Manager position is intended to help grow O&M into a profit center, ensuring customers are provided with a full suite of RSI monitoring, maintenance and repair options after the build.
Position Overview: The O&M Account Manager acts as the primary interface for RSI's existing customer base, ensuring our customers are taken care of. The Account Manager will ensure customers are aware of O&M reimbursable service packages, to include monitoring and maintenance after the initial contract period, extended warranties, billing analysis, re-powers, retrofits, capturing WREGIS renewable energy credits. The Account Manager does not need to be an expert in these areas but must understand them well enough to ensure our customers are aware of their options.
Responsibilities: As an O&M Account Manager, this person will provide:
Account Management (Primary): Work with existing customer base to determine customer needs, periodically “checking in” to ensure they are taken care of. The Account Manager would handle invoicing for any reimbursable work performed for those clients, to include managing any re-ups after their initial O&M period has expired.
Project Management (Secondary): O&M Account Manager may act as RSI Project Manager for O&M special projects, to include scheduling work, tracking of milestones, invoicing, and project close out.
Requirements: The ideal candidate has 2+ years of solar experience. Candidates must be familiar with solar life cycle from contract sale through engineering, project management, construction and O&M services.
Tools: The Account Manager will be using Job Nimbus, Monday.com, Also Energy, Solar Edge, Microsoft Office on a routine basis.
Supervisory Controls: This is a non-supervisory position. This position reports to the Director of O&M. Expectation is 40-45 hour work week, typically Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM with minimal OT or weekend work expected.
Compensation: This is a salary position, range at $65k-$85k depending on experience and qualifications. Package includes 5% 401k match and employer sponsored health/vision/dental and life insurance options. Two weeks PTO, and 1-week sick standard.
Evaluation Factors: Performance will be evaluated based on ability to retain existing O&M customer base, revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Future Growth: Potential to grow into full time O&M Sales or O&M Project Manager within 1 year depending on performance in role as an Account Manager and aptitude for growth.
