Providing needed services to the community
I was viciously verbally attacked by a staff member, and HR and management treated me like I was lying and incompetent, instead of addressing the behavior of the person who attacked me. Three separate employees suggested to me, on separate occasions, that this sort of thing is not uncommon at Dimock. So I resigned.
I can think of no perks at this time.
