As a Marketing Manager at Canter Power Systems, you will play a vital role in the growth of our direct to consumer (DTC) business. You will own a significant portion of our demand generation efforts, but it doesn't stop there! We're looking for someone who is both right and left-brained. Can improve our existing demand generation programs, find new ones, and manage the marketing campaign process from end to end. Your Responsibilities:
Demand Generation
· Manage, measure, and improve existing traditional advertising campaigns including Direct Mail, Home Magazines, and Print

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with the Creative Designer, this role will be responsible for producing high-quality digital and print assets for sales, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to execute designs efficiently while maintaining brand standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design Execution: Develop digital and print sales assets, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.
* Campaign Support: Assist in executing creative materials for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
* Template & Versioning Work: Adapt core visuals into multiple formats and sizes, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity by adhering to established brand guidelines across all assets.
* Digital & Email Collaboration: Work closely with the digital team to improve email and text communication deliverability through optimized design.
* Copy & Proofreading Assistance: Support the development and review of copy for print, digital, and e-commerce assets to ensure accuracy and clarity.
* Multi-Channel Asset Creation: Develop materials for social media, email, website, in-store signage, and other marketing channels.
