Research, monitor and provide feedback on market, competition, technology trends relevant to CMS business and optimize strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field and with minimum 5+ years of experience in the technology industry. 3+ years of direct experience in DRAM business development, marketing, and customer relationship management. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among marketing/sales, application, R&D, and product engineering teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills including willingness to work with cross-functional teams, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and highly complex environments. Familiarity with SoC/MCU/MPU and advanced process nodes is a plus. Must be fluent in English, Mandarin preferred.
