The Elder Service Plan is seeking Per Diem Dietary Aides to provide "on call" coverage as needed at both of our locations in Mattapan and Brockton, MA. Role: The Dietary Aide is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of kitchen maintenance, such as sanitation, OSHA regulations, and management of all storage including foods as well as meal services for the ESP program are in compliance with ESP protocol as well as state and federal regulations. Responsibilities: Stores perishable cold food in the refrigerator or freezer and ensures hot food is placed in warmers until served. Ensures refrigerator temperature is maintained and documented daily in the log.
