We have a great team and looking to add new members.* *Sterling Village is located conveniently off of Route 190 and Route 140. 15 minutes to Worcester or Leominster/Fitchburg.* *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Sets up trays and tables as required. Assists in preparing, portioning, covering and dating of food. Uses and cleans food services equipment and work areas; and follows all cleaning schedules as directed. Busing tables in dining room as required. Demonstrates proper food handling. Delivers food and supplies to nursing units and diet kitchen as required. Handles and transports food truck to the respective wings. Picks up and returns food truck to the kitchen after completion of meal service. Sorts and places dishes into dish machine and follow proper operating procedures as required. Prepares and provides house and supplemental nourishments. Appropriately labels and delivers nourishments to the respective units. Observes infection control procedures related to the Policies and Procedures of the facility.
