Ensure that kitchen and dining areas meet local, state, and federal food safety regulations. Inventory and Supplies: Assist in maintaining and restocking food supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed. Monitor inventory levels and notify the dietary supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. Resident and Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and families, responding to questions and special requests promptly and courteously. Help residents and patients with meal-related needs, such as serving beverages, providing additional utensils, or addressing dietary concerns. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cooks, dietary supervisors, and other kitchen staff to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of meal service.
