Ensure that kitchen and dining areas meet local, state, and federal food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and notify the dietary supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. Resident and Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and families, responding to questions and special requests promptly and courteously.
