Preventative Maintenance (PM) Development Lead
The PM Development Lead reports directly to the Maintenance Execution Manager and is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and facilities of the Kemmerer Power Station (KPS). In this role, you will support the development of the KPS preventative maintenance program and scheduling process to implement and execute the maintenance program for KPS. The successful candidate will coordinate with other departments, project partners, regulators, & outside organizations with inputs and expertise in the area of PM development. Primary location will be in Kemmerer, Wy but work will be remote until beginning of 2026.
Responsibilities
• Provide input to the development of maintenance processes, programs, and procedures for a new nuclear power plant, ensuring compliance with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze equipment data, manufacturer recommendations, and operational needs to create detailed preventive maintenance plans with appropriate frequencies and tasks.
• Use technology to develop new ways to better plan, schedule, and execute the KPS maintenance program.
• Provide input to help develop, deploy, and integrate the software programs needed to manage the site preventative maintenance program & schedules.
• Leverages experience to ensure the KPS preventative maintenance program meets industry standards.
• Receive and prioritize maintenance requests, assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and availability, and track work order completion status.
• Provide expertise through participation in company and industry maintenance initiatives, benchmarking, assessments, observations, and assistance visits.

JOB TITLE:
Prospect Development and Constituent Analyst I
JOB PURPOSE:
Under general supervision, assist with research, data management, analytics and reporting functions regarding prospective donors and constituents. Assist research department professionals to identify and qualify prospects, provide support to all development and advancement staff, and assist in departmental administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with researching, analyzing, compiling, and organizing development/prospect data; executive development reports, gift proposals, correspondence, and highly sensitive/confidential documents.
Provide accurate and timely information on donors and prospects to UW leadership, key volunteers, and Foundation staff for the purpose of increasing major, annual, and planned gift support.
Assist in providing high-level research on individuals, corporations and foundations using a wide variety of biographical, organizational, and public sources including online database services, internet websites, library and government sources and other external information sources.
Produce clear, concise, and accurate research briefings, profiles and reports on donor giving capacity, inclination to give, interest and other biographical information for development staff. Extract and communicate key information which directs cultivation and solicitation strategies.
Conduct proactive research to expand major/annual/planned gift prospect pool through research techniques and electronic searching methodologies. Ensure that fundraising initiatives have sufficient prospects to meet fundraising goals.
Perform related data entry and maintenance. Create, manage, and interpret reports in support of prospect identification, prospect management and to track major gift fundraising progress.
Assist in Prospect maintenance through constituent and biographical manual audits and updates as necessary.
Respond in a timely manner to all prospect management inquiries, data entry requests and report requests (including ad-hoc and portfolio/proposal/pool analysis projects as requested).
Participate in professional development opportunities to promote team growth and education.
