Essential Job Functions : Create detailed 2D shop drawings and 3D models for architectural metal and glass projects, ensuring they are fabrication-ready. Interpret architectural and structural plans, incorporating project specifications into accurate drawings. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and meet project requirements. Prepare cut lists, material take-offs, and CNC files to streamline the fabrication process. Conduct quality control checks on drawings and revise based on feedback from internal teams and field measurements. Ensure all drawings follow industry standards, building codes, and MetalSpaces' internal drafting guidelines. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in detailing architectural metals, ornamental metals, or structural steel. Strong AutoCAD skills for 2D & 3D drafting. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings. Understanding of metal fabrication processes (welding, laser cutting, bending, finishing). Knowledge of relevant building codes, facades, and other architectural elements. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience detailing facade systems, decorative panels, or other custom metal features. Knowledge of ASTM steel standards, AWS welding symbols, and architectural finishes (powder coating, anodizing, etc.). Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (AutoCAD) is a plus.

In this role, our detailer/washer technician's thoroughly clean automobile interiors/exteriors, look for issues/concerns on vehicles, and take pride on their work. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Washing: Wash vehicle exteriors using soap, water, and appropriate cleaning tools. Dry vehicle exteriors using towels or air-drying methods. Ensure all areas of the vehicle, including wheels and tires, are thoroughly cleaned. Apply wax or protective finishes as needed. Vehicle Vacuuming: Vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery. Remove trash and debris from vehicles. Clean and wipe down dashboards, consoles, and door panels. Ensure all surfaces inside the vehicle are spotless and free of dust. Additional Duties: Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects or damages and report to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing and vacuuming area. Replenish cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of any shortages. Assist in moving vehicles around the dealership lot as needed. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers. Qualifications/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in automotive washing/detailing is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions. Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Interior Detailing: Thoroughly vacuum carpets, upholstery, and floor mats, removing all dirt, debris, and pet hair. Clean and condition leather seats, vinyl surfaces, and plastic trim using specialized products. Deodorize interiors to eliminate unpleasant smells. Clean and polish windows and interior glass surfaces. Dress tires and replenish tire shine. Exterior Detailing: Wash vehicles thoroughly using a two-bucket wash method and high-quality car wash soap to avoid scratches. Degrease wheels and wheel wells, removing grime and brake dust.
