We are looking for a Car Detailer to join our Anchorage Budget Rental team part-time this Summer. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, willing to learn, and have good time management. We have both morning and evening shifts available, weekend days required. Seasonal employment dates: May 1st, 2025 through September 1st, 2025. Work is primarily performed indoors in a shop environment, exposure to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, use of general hand tools, bending, twisting, and crouching will be required frequently to perform job duties, climbing and reaching will be required often to clean all parts of vehicles and pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds of force occasionally performed. Role Overview: As an Automotive Detailer at Lithia KIA, you'll play a crucial role in the presentation and maintenance of our vehicle inventory. Your expertise will ensure that every car, from new arrivals to those returning from a test drive, is in pristine condition, reflecting the high standards of our dealership. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean interior and exterior vehicle surfaces, applying detailing products as needed. Perform minor cosmetic repairs to maintain the appearance of the showroom and vehicles. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality, ensuring they meet our dealership's high standards. Manage the organization and upkeep of the detailing area and its equipment. Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely and efficient detailing of vehicles. We're Looking For: A detail-oriented individual with a passion for automobiles and a drive to deliver high-quality work. Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
