ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties (Most Important to Least Important) Perform detailing tasks on the exterior and interior of boats/ vehicles to enhance its appearance such as washing, waxing, buffing, upholstery, carpeting and fixtures. Conduct thorough inspections of boats to identify areas needing attention or repair. Adds and removes decals and makes minor cosmetic repairs (trim, putty, paint, frames, hitches, and steps). Use various detailing equipment, cleaning supplies, and specialized products. Maintain all equipment and supplies organized and well stocked. Follow all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Handle all cleaning supplies properly. Assist with the upkeep of inventory in the sales yard. Maintains daily upkeep of store ground. Offer support to other departments as needed. Ensure a high level of satisfaction for all customers/ guests when interacting directly. Any other duties as assigned. SKILLS Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
