What you will do at Graco:
Graphic Design and Production
Projects will encompass a diverse array of marketing materials, including digital and print brochures, advertisements, flyers, logos, PowerPoint presentations, social media imagery, posters, company communications, packaging, and more.
Lead the focus on the integration of Generative AI design across our graphic design projects.
Support the Web Designer in the production of web or interactive design using HTML and web development software.

Project Management

What You Will Bring to Graco:
Bachelors degree in Graphic design, Commercial Art, or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Graphic Production Designer using AI graphic design tools.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Dall-E, or Midjourney, along with a strong portfolio in graphic design for both print and digital media.
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), alongside expertise in photo retouching and production layout techniques.
Strong work ethic with the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating effectively within teams and working independently when needed.

Job Purpose
This position provides computer-aided design (CAD) layout and detail drafting support to new product development and standard product support engineering activities. This position involves refining conceptual designs and ideas and converting them to finished layouts and detailed drawings.

Essential Duties
CAD design & documentation
Provide CAD layout and assembly designs for new products in cooperation with a design team consisting of engineers, other designers and lab technicians.

Revise and redraw, as required, production drawings of existing standard products.
Use and apply Graco design and drafting standards, including geometric tolerancing.
